That’s what matters to us! The emphasis is on our employees, on our ‘fam’ployees.
But before you read on, maybe just this: Based in Hasselt, Privatum is part of Alan Allman Associates (French listed company) and specializes in security, privacy, analytics and project management.

A dip in the economy? Not with us! Because we are growing 📈!

Our ambitious goal was to grow by 50% by 2024 and we succeeded. And we will do it again in 2025. So we are still looking for fun, techy, savvy colleagues. Feel free to turn a corner, you will blend perfectly into our team 😉 !

Analyzing business needs and translating them into IT solutions, describing/improving processes, giving workshops and demos, reporting, stakeholder management, … all fancy stuff our business analysts are so busy with. They are the spin 🕷️ in the web 🕸️ between business and IT.

White raven? No need. A cool sparrow 🐦 with drive is fine!

Elongated lists of requirements are wasted on us 😝. The job has to be done. Simple as that…
👉 So minimum minimorum:
✔️ Experience in business analysis
✔️ An IT and/or economics degree would be nice
✔️ Letter words like UML, BPMN, … 🙃
✔️ A very good knowledge of Dutch and English, French would be great!

What do we have in store for you? 🤷‍♂️
